1. Requirements - at the beginning of each project we need to understand the requirements. There are a number of scenarios:
   • Requirements prepared by client - we will carefully examine and suggest high level road map and initial estimates
   • Client has identified the need for software , but is not sure where to start – in this case we will email our requirements gathering tool which will guide the client in requirements preparation
   • We provide requirements gathering as part of the project
2. Initial Estimation -upon analysing requirements we will provide a high level (ball park) estimate
3. Detailed proposal – once the high level estimate is accepted by the client, we will prepare a detailed proposal with accurate cost estimates
4. Project Management – is allocated for all projects. Project management methodology is tailored for each individual project and client requirements
5. Design – before we start any project, we work on a high level design to ensure the solution meets our client needs
6. Implementation – we use an agile approach to deliver our software. This means software functionality is delivered in short stages and our clients have the ability to view, test, comment and can begin to use the system before the project is finalised.
7. Testing – all our projects are tested internally before delivery. We use a combination of automated and manual testing. User acceptance testing is usually performed by the client
8. Delivery – once all functionality has been delivered and accepted by the client, we will provide hosting/installation services to ensure the system is fully operational
9. Support – variety of support arrangements can be negotiated to suit our customer's requirements

Engagement

• Capped (Client Preferred) – this offering involves a set budget limit for the project. During the project's lifecycle each new feature is prioritised ensuring features with the greatest benefits are delivered first, whereas other features with less value (nice to haves) are left to the end and can be included subject to the remaining available budget allocation
• Fixed price – Assuming the project scope is clearly defined - we will provide a fixed price solutionThis arrangement is straight forward and is helpful for clients with budgetary approval requirements. Although this option has its benefits, from a software development perspective it may not always tick all features on the clients wish list
• Time and materials – when the project scope is not clear or the client prefers project to be under their own project management then time and materials option is available This offering allows greater flexibility and client control on deliverables and technology decisions
